Question:What can Vero Concepts do?
Over the past few years, VC has changed with the times, adding more and more services and adding value for our clients. We started off working exclusively for 
local small businesses building websites back in 2009, and continue that today. I (Keith Boisvert) am a founding member of The Leominster Small Business Association, a non-profit group dedicated to helping Leominster based small businesses.
As time as gone on, we have added more and more services, and making “web design” just a small portion of what it is we can do. We are constantly looking to provide real time value for our clients, and services that help make them money. After all, that is the ultimate goal right?
Apparel has been our biggest asset to-date. Not only can we offer competitive pricing, but we do what “printing companies” cannot…we help you actually SELL that apparel too! Using a combination of Facebook and websites we have processes in place to help our clients sell product, many times without any out-of-pocket expense!!
We have also been very successful in helping some of our music related clients sell online as well. Social Media has been a great tool for networking, but we also believe it to be a great place to shop as well. The more people that adopt and spend time on social media site such as Facebook and Twitter, the more adept they will become to buying there as well. Our musician clients are now able to not only list their individual songs for purchase(download), but also entire cd’s, physical cd’s AND all merchandise all from one simple interface on not only their website…but also on places like Facebook.
We also work with our clients on marketing. Marketing can be a tough animal, and because its not something that can be physically “seen”, clients are somewhat 
apprehensive as to its value. Here at VC, we work with our clients to help implement marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, but more importantly produce cash results.

My company, JuNu Music, Inc., singer/songwriter Julia Nunes’ publishing company, was very fortunate to find Keith Boisvert and Vero Concepts to help us launch our expanded website, JuNuMusic.com. Keith took a simple website with a clumsy shopping cart to the next level, helping us develop a leaner, more efficient interface for customers.
Julia’s website was, I think, particularly challenging. Not only did Keith have to create a sophisticated, functional web presence which allowed Julia’s fans to purchase her music and other merchandise quickly and easily, he had to do so without making the site look corporate or slick. Julia wanted her site to look homemade, but to function professionally. Keith was willing and able to do just that. Fans came to Julia’s site looking for her unique, quirky presence, and they left having seen her videos, read her press information, looked at her pictures and bought some of her merchandise, or downloaded her music tracks, feeling secure and confident that their transactions were handled appropriately.
When Julia released her EP, she included a 14 minute video with it. Keith hosted the video on his server and made it available for download, payable by regular means (credit card or PayPal) and by discount code. Keith easily handled the hosting duties and generated the discount code, keeping track of downloads by code and by payment.
On a regular basis Julia releases new YouTube videos. These are turned into downloadable MP3s. Keith would then have to add these new items to the download page and track caches, including multi-track zip files so fans could buy all of Julia’s songs in various categories (such as covers, or originals). He would then generate page code, and send it to our webmaster to be posted on our website. These transactions with Keith went incredibly smoothly and he worked both with us and our webmaster efficiently and in a timely manner.
If there were problems with our website, from customers who had difficulties with their downloads, to an aesthetic decision with how something looked, we communicated with Keith and he fixed it, usually before the end of the day. He was unfailingly polite to customers, even when their problems were of their own making, and he handled a demanding client (us) with care and efficiency.
I recommend Keith Boisvert without reservation as a website guru of the first order.
